Crystal Reality CMEA audio codec is especially optimized audio encoder and decoder capable of 8000 KHz, 20 KBit/sec bitrate operation in just 8 MHz of ARM920 CPU. Encoding and decoding algorithms are symmetric, meaning encoding and decoding process takes simular time. Perfect for demanding full-duplex applications, like VoIP.
